Delivery and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped. At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom. Our parcels are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for or free for collection. You will receive notification as soon as your order has been shipped. Keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case!

If you live local, we would be happy to arrange a collection. We will notify you when your order is ready and will arrange date and time for collection with you.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will love all of our products but if you find that our melt is damaged or faulty please let us know within 14 days of delivery via e-mail and include your name, order number and picture of faulty wax melt if possible. If refund will be accepted we will refund your money to the same account you use for payment. Sending the product back we do not cover postage cost.

We can't accept melt which has been used, packaging has been opened or if the scent is not what you have expected.
