Safety instructions

  • Always ensure that your burner is completely dry before using a new wax melt.
  • remove all packaging before use and start with smaller amount of wax to avoid overfilling of your burner( don't worry, even little piece of wax will create magical aroma) and you can always top it up and reuse few more times
  • use wax burner only, not an oil burner (unless it’s stated the item is safe for use with both wax and oil) with a bigger gap between the tealight and the bow with melt
  • maximum of 4-hour unscented tealight is recommended as any bigger size candle will make burner too hot and can cause damage to the burner.
  • don't keep your burner out of sight and as all wax melts smell lovely they may attract children and pets so please keep out of reach from them (do not eat or lick)
  • to clean the residue of wax light the candle in your melter and wait for about 30seconds until your wax starts to melt slightly. Then just pop the edge of  remaining wax out slowly and clean any excess with a cotton ball.
  • please do not keep your melts on direct sunlight or in rooms with high temperature.
  • all wax melts are CLP compliant
